Spring is one of my favorite seasons. Toast is one of my favorite meals. In this issue, it’s my pleasure to bring you a fresh, new perspective on how to enjoy a favorite meal of mine with ingredients spring has to offer.

Directions
- Steam sugar snap peas until tender, set aside.
- Cut lamb ham into thin strips.
- Cut sourdough into thick slices and toast the bread in a pan with olive oil until golden brown.
- Once toasted, add goat cheese spread to the toast.
- Next, roll up about 4 individual pieces of lamb ham. Place them in a line on the toast.
- Sprinkle toast with sugar snap peas.
- Garnish with some pea shoots and enjoy!
