Sausage Charcuterie Board

Take your board to the next level with our take on charcuterie. Shop our recipe of cheeses and unexpected meats plus the perfect assortment of crackers and nuts to make this unique snaking display.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup Butter toffee pecans
  • 1 cup Pimento cheese dip
  • 4 ounces Caprene Supreme Mild Cheddar 100% Pure Goat Milk
  • 2 cups Cheese curds
  • 1/4 pound Smoked Kielbasa
  • 2 Chicken snack sticks, triangle cut
  • 1 1/2 cup Seasoned pretzels
  • 1/4 pound Headcheese, thinly sliced by butcher
  • 1/4 pound Olive loaf, thinly sliced by butcher
  • 1/2 cup Pope’s Scoop Dried Cinnamon Apples
  • 1 cup Breton Veggie Bites
  • Dijon mustard

Equipment

  • 1 Charcuterie board or cutting board

Directions
 

  1. Pre-cut sticks in 1-inch pieces and slice kielbasa in pieces 1/8-inch thickness. Set aside.
  2. Chop half of cheese block in uneven pieces. Set aside.
  3. Open all other supplies to assemble and scoop into dishes on the charcuterie board.
  4. Start on the meat side by alternating layers of pre-cut sausage, sticks, olive loaf, headcheese, cheese curds and goat cheese.
  5. Next, make rows of crackers, candied nuts and pretzels on the opposite side of the board.
  6. Place dips and olives or relish in the dishes. Finish with a few dollops of mustard on top of the meats and cheeses.
