Ingredients
- 2 ounces Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1 ounce Rhubarb Siren Shrub
- 1 ounce Elderflower Syrup
- 3 ounces Ginger Beer, Sparkling Water, or Sparkling Coconut Water (to top)
- Ice
Instructions
- Shake lemon juice, rhubarb shrub, and elderflower syrup with ice.
- Strain into a tumbler over fresh ice.
- Top with your choice of ginger beer, sparkling water, or coconut water—or mix and match for a unique twist!
- Take a zesty, floral sip that’s perfect for sunny spring afternoons!
